I speak fluently and can therefore instruct my assistants on what I need help with.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, caring, flexible, and who wants to work as a personal assistant for me! You should be a woman between 35-55 years old. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement. A big plus is if you share my interests in flea markets, cats, flowers, crafting, and baking.

Experience is not a requirement but is meritorious. The most important thing is that our personal chemistry works.

The tasks vary but may include help with practical chores, personal hygiene (e.g., showering, stoma, etc.), meals, medication management, and leisure activities.

The position is on an as-needed basis, with common working hours between 8-15 or 15-21.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist me with daily activities such as dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, and help during meals

• Support with household chores, including cleaning, laundry, and cooking

• Be responsible for staffing and scheduling (additional compensation applies)

• Keep notes on my health and well-being

• Support me in leisure activities and other social contexts

• Help with medication management as prescribed

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or as a personal assistant is meritorious but not required

• Empathetic and respectful

• Good ability to communicate and collaborate with others

• Flexible and solution-oriented, as tasks may vary from day to day

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish
